Most procedures are done under local anesthesia. For anxious patients, various methods of sedation and general anesthesia can be used for the patient’s comfort during surgery. This varies from oral conscious sedation, nitrous oxide, a combination of oral sedation and intravenous sedation or general anesthesia. Drs. Hall and Sy will go over the choices and help you choose what you are most comfortable with. Your safety is our number one priority

For pediatric or medically complex patients, we have a medical anesthesiologist with over 20 years of experience who comes to our office and performs the anesthesia. We are also conveniently located in a medical-dental facility with a fully accredited surgery center downstairs for any cases we need to take to the operating room under full general anesthesia. We will provide you with all the options during your consultation and help you come to a decision that is best for you.
